Wow, thanks for the link Neve.There's no shortage of these programs. But it's so darn addictive to watch. I think Ill try one of myself and see how it comes out.

To Roland, for some reason, inspired me to take yet another crack at SaxMan. Tried to simplify and distill down to an emotional level..like..aren't they all. Can't you just feel the music?

I like Trimoon's Ink method a lot. It worked very well on this one.

basically just Painter oils, then tiny touch of PS to get a bit more details on face and sax...

great original image and nice work all around

but, i'm a bit surprised no one has changed his setting. this photo says to me, put me in a jazz bar or nightclub or some dark, smoke filled setting, with a spotlight on me. so here's a little mini-challenge, if you like. put him in just such a setting and have a go. i want to see the blues here
