To the best of my recollection it was mostly enhancing colors, some sharpening and merged sketch layer.

Since I didn't post to this the first time around, I thought I'd add one to these later submissions.

Don't ask what I did. It didn't turn out the first time; and I just kept adding stuff until it had a funky look.
