Actions: Toonerizer (fluffbutt)

This action which was adapted from pstewart Abstract Drawings Tutorial (I added a series of commands after his) give you an almost-cartoon-like picture.

Maybe a glossy comic book type?

Also try running spatter, paint engine, or chalk & charcoal after it.

Very good. Looks like it would work on a lot of different images. I especially like the way you targeted the Gaussian blur to give less of an outline look and more of a full sketch look. It falls into place nicely with the rest of the action.
