This one was fun. I wanted to emphasize harsh stage lights, so I buzzed it, then spent the greater part of an afternoon playing with Xero Abstractor and buzzed it again and boosted the color. Kind of a postery effect.

Oh man I'm having SO much fun with that Paintball Saver thingy..

Here's the Guitar done in it. (Imagine spitting coloured wads of water paint filled tissue paper at a canvas...)

Selected guitar. On guitar and bg I used chan mixer to get funky colors. On guitar, ran water color, plastic, glass filters. Applied image-transparency. On bg, paint daubs, glass. Applied image, one of the channels, I think.

Interesting submissions so far. I'm on the same page with everyone else--this image can take a strong effect.

This is based loosely on the 4th tutorial here http://www.dynamicdesign.biz/gallery/gallery12.htm. I experimented with blending modes and settings, but it's more or less the mushroom tut.

I really like this one. Especially the body of the guitar. I'll check out that link.
