Plugin (link): Pop Art from Plugin Galaxy

The "after" image was rendered by the free "Pop Art" effect. "Pop Art" is among the filters that make up the Plugin Galaxy plugin, available at http://www.thepluginsite.com/product...axy/index.html.

Although the other filters in the Plugin Galaxy demo package have limited use thresholds, to my knowledge "Pop Art" does not expire. It renders some pretty interesting effects.

So far I have not found any of the other effects to be ones I would use, but "Pop Art," with its numerous controls and setting options, has definite possibilities.

Try it, you'll like it.
