There isn't any such thing as late in these forums. I for one am glad you revived it; because somehow I'd missed it entirely the first time around.

Con, I like the warm feel to the piece. Sometimes simple fixes are the way to go.

Jaykita (now this reply is late to the party), I love the colors and feel of your last piece.

In this one I did what would be my normal routine : Curves, Levels, and Selective Color adjustment layers. I tend to try different things within the linked masks for the layers. Sometimes I will lay in a Gradient to vary the effects, sometimes tone it after the fact with 50% gray or so. Pretty much just learning what the masks are capable of.

I also effected the photo with the Sprayed Strokes and a slight bit of Splatter.

Peter, lkroll and Steve you have inspired me to have a go at this image, i have tried before and not go anything i remotely liked or thought worthy of posting ( still not too sure on that) so i gave up at the time

lkroll, vibrant and blue moody
Steve another one that could be printed out it looks very Dutch ! ! ! !

Nice Alan. That's a keeper for sure!

Do one for us with that kind of brushwork while bringing out greater detail.

Have been fumbling around for that for a good while. Still can't do it.
