Robbed the avatar from a screen shot;
Image size 400%, nearest neighbor;
Separated out the black outline and ran anisotropic twice;
Took the colors, now without the blacks, and G'blurred;
Overlay the blacks on the colors;
Erase the white background;
Apply and transform the butterflies, add drop shadow.

Oh, no. Don't do that. Naughtiness leads to creativity. Keep coloring outside the lines! It's good for all of us to see and do.

I enjoyed doing this!
Very similar technique to my "Becky" rendition. But here i also used a couple of filter-render-clouds layers.
