Not very creative tonight.

Impressionist with Van Gogh preset set to luminosity on duplicate layer. GIMP Bumpmapping with some contrast enhancements and back to PS for Underpainting. Like I said; not creative. Just plain Jane filter work. Sorry for my lack of motivation; had a rough day.

Flowers in Studio Artist

Decided to play with this in Studio Artist. I see that SA is releasing 3.5 upgrade on Monday.

almost a jaykita?

Having fun with Deep Paint and testing the export to PS via PDF file - works fine!

Spring needs to come again soon. I'm glad someone revisited this thread. It gives me a chance to reflect on the progress (or not) that I've made in the last year.

And Ro...I wish you had an idea. I love it.

Jaykita, Nanls, Pam, JC, Steve... GREAT work. Such different approaches.

Nanls.. especially like your first of three. It would look good on my bedroom wall! The colors are perfect.

I've been so busy and not enough time to play!! Here's a quick montage.

PS CS2

Used grids to divide the layer. Marquee and put each corner on a new layer.

Desaturated all four layers. Added a color fill layer to each (blue, pink, green and purple. Set to the fill layers to multiply blend mode.

Knocked out the borders, increased the canvas size for the outer border area. Filled with goldish yellow. Pixelize->Pointilize filter added some texture.
