I have been searching for softwares (or combination of s's) which would give me some semblance of a hand-made sketch. I am happy with this result, not TOO happy, but happy nonetheless. Any feedback from you guys would be highly appreciated.
Pl note that i havent used a single brushstroke in this image.
Thank you. And thank you, Legacy-Art for an adorable pic to work on.

I have this thing about puppies . . . Love them.

Anyway . . . Isolated the middle pooch and proceeded from there.

Adapt.eq
adjusted color.
Hue & Sat adj.
simplified.
Paint engine (several times)
Nik Brilliance
Skylight filter.
Masked eyes & sharpened
Lightened center
Slightly darkened border
Some hand work to eliminate distractions and create border.

Palms -- I guess it's hard to work on wiggly puppies, but you did a wonderful smudge job and made them even cuter than they were!

bcarll -- I like your choice of a soft sketch -- very appealing!
