Times Square

quick try with this one, used four hue saturation layers, on the sky I used a star brush to give it a starry effect. Not bad may work on this idea more. Didn't change any of the blending modes. Strictly brushed in different areas with each layer playing with the hue and saturation slider mostly.
Too fun.

Nicely done, Vicki. You definitely got with the spirit of the exercise. Aren't Adjustment Layers the coolest thing!
