You're a nasty, nasty lady! The trouble is we can't get back at you cause your winters aren't that bad either! Cheers Dave

It's a glorious 33C today and I'm only a few metres from the beach. |

Took it to Painter for strokes and distortion. Back to PS for saturation and diffuse glow.

Added extra colours to the water. Experimented with Painter's Impressionistic Cloner, then Distorto (Marble ?)just on the water. Grainy water to soften the girl's skin. Finished off with Impressionistic Filter/Free Daubs on a second duplicated layer, erased a little to reveal her skin. Think I duplicated the merged layers and on 2nd layer, Multiply Mode 20%. Merged again.

Like the 1st BeachFun, I did a Painter8 DigitalWC clone. Still lots of fun and maybe a bit better result. Here I started with a hand drawn outline. Neve & Jaykita... Great work ![]() -Mark

Here's another by me. Using a layer mask, i first outlined the image with a very small sized brush. Then i used vp airbrush on original, placed it below the outline layer. Added another layer mask to the outline layer and filled in the colors with a paintbrush at different opacities.

Outstanding result Jaykita...I wish I knew exactly how you go about this but I don't use PS much and useless with masks....'bout time I learned, uh!

Thank you so much for the appreciation and sorry to take long to reply. Do you have PS already installed? You know, until i started with ps, i used psp too, tho an older version 6, and corel photopaint, among others. But for me, there's a lot "more" fun working with ps7. |

Thanks for your input Jaykita, much appreciated. Going on holiday soon and going to put a wee note up to remind myself to learn more of PS and masks when I get back! I've heard of Jay A and have quite a heap of other PS tutes to refer to already. It's all about time and more importantly how much my old brain can cope with ..... Thanks again for your encouragement.

The Beach I forgot what I did but I used standard photoshop filters on a copied second layer and erased the face and lightened it by turning the blending mode to screen. I darkened and blurred the periphery. I apologize for being so vague.
