Beautiful building. It would be facinating to explore the collections inside.

After expanding the size of the image I tried some of Fluff's Impressionist settings from his "#Fluff Oil Paint.set" collection.

Danny that library would take weeks to see the insides of it, its a beautiful building, my problem is i cannot be quiet, being a chatterbox i last about ten minutes in there and then they shout at me...shhhhhhhhhhh

Danny & JC - wonderful outcomes, both of you. Here's an odd one using the Impressionist 'Tapestry' setting (modified in a few settings). Some tweaking with layer modes and surface textures refined the result. I thought it amusing the 'orator' figure (3rd color panel from the left) morphed into something like a bearded pirate.

Great job all on a difficult subject. Too many fine lines and angles for me to try.

Mark, fiber arts being my first-loved hobby, your picture looks like a locker hooked tapestry. But my-oh-my, I wouldn't want to try a piece that complicated. Much better to leave it as a photo. Good job.

Slightly Buzzed Image - Dupe bottom Layer
L2 - Crescent Moon/Jammin' Filter - Burn Mode 46%
Merge both layers.

Spooky Fade Filter

Same image that was buzzed. Dupe bottom layer.
L2 - Crescent Moon/Spooky Fade - Mode Luminance l00%
Merged both layers.
Duped layer again - Screen Mode to L2 at 76%
Merged layers.
Added extra lighting shining upwards from centre.
