While Zonk might be more appropriate sometimes, I think I'll stick with LonK (Lon K.)

I think there's a difference between a "collage" and a "montage", the latter being more descriptive of your particular style (per your example). I've never really done either, so perhaps someone else could provide a definition a bit more specific.

Think nothing of it, Neb. I actually got a kick out of it.

Anyway, I did a Google Image search on both terms and though there seems to be a considerable amount of overlap, "collage" seems to be more of a blending of parts of images to arrive a themed whole, while a "montage" includes a number of themed images gouped together or separately pasted onto a background image/pattern but still remaining individually distinct. Does that make sense?

As I mentioned before this is a very nice program for creating templates and scrap books. You can download any version for trial to see if you like it. They also have a community blog to get additional ideas.
