Looking for tutorials on masks, layer masks, quick mask

Can anyone suggest a PS7 tutorial site that can explain in easy to understand terminology about masks, quick masks, and layer masks, for a retouch newbie?

The good news is that masking has been the same for many versions of Photoshop (before and after PS7), so you don't need to seek version specific tutorials on these topics.
