Text in terms of percentage to the picture height insert

Hello,
I have a problem. I would like to insert a text line in many pictures about an action for a Watermark action. The pictures are different in size and resolution. However, the text line should be possibly equally big in every picture in terms of percentage to the picture height. I do not do this. Is there a solution for the problem? Thank you for help

Create your watermark. Make its size equal to or greater than the size of any image you will normally work on. For example 6000 x 6000 pixels (which would be approx 50 x 50 CM at 300 ppi print quality). Save this file as a .psd.
Now when you create your Action, go to the Photoshop File Menu and choose File>Place and direct it to whereever you saved your watermark.psd.
The image will be automatically downsized and centered on top of the image that you have open. I hope this helps.
