Photoshop CS 2: open image, change background to a layer. Place a new layer beneath the image and fill it with white. Select the image layer and use Eye Candy texture/heavy rain. Change image layer to the "difference" blend mode and voila. This one isn't as impressive as the house image but it worked ok. ARPhot
