Question Destroyed / Decayed Amp, guitars and drum kit

i have the task for an album cover to let the equipment of the band look like it stood in the woods for the last 20years.

well. how do i show this???

i have the pictures of the amps and their rig (guitars, drum kit and mic) set up and i actually dont know where and how to start

any hints, fellows?

Are you placing the instruments into an outdoor scene or only making them look left out for a long period? Look at images that have been exposed to the elements for long periods. Rusted, dirty, cracked, yellowed.
