The photographer should have browsed RetouchPro and learned how to modify the picture without it being obvious.. By picking the brains of the Pros here and utilizing the many great Tutorials offered, he may have gotten away with it..
I guess to be a good "Fakir" you must also know the gestation period and birth cycle of antelope.. Who would have known?!

After you post your less than 100K version, you could link to a site that is hosting a larger version.(like imagevenue.com or pixentral.com or photobucket.com)
