in some pictures the guy is with a girl or a guy, i want them removed and instead i want this other girl to be in the picture

which ever works or is easy for you, just use any of these pictures and i would appreciate if you could tell me how you did that. i've tried to do it on my own but it doesn't turn out good. it's obvious that their cropped when i do it.

you can also email me..

Re: place 2 ppl in ONE pic??

Seb, you have managed to economize everywhere you could to save a meager apostrophe and cut 1 or 2 precious letters out of a two or three letter word. Its obvious that you must be incredibly busy and short of time. And therefore I am sure you do not have any time to learn how to merge the two people yourself. The purpose of this site is to provide people with the knowledge / techniques to help them do their own image editing / retouching / compositing, etc.
You are very busy and you also indicate that you will do "anything" (if I decoded your text correctly), so what you really should do is re-post your message in the Classified section of this forum, where you will find many members whose services you request are for hire.
Regards, Murray

Re: place 2 ppl in ONE pic??

seb, U did say ne thing didn't you?

On this forum we try to not Hijack other threads... 1 post of your own usually does the job. Sooo, if you could go here and here .... go to the bottom of your post.. or any other post by you on this same subject and click the 'Edit' Button and delete the Hijacking posts .. it would be appreciated.

For future reference, If you want to combine two pictures again and get much better results, choose two pictures that are shot from the same angle (not someone looking in at the camera toward the horizon and the other looking at the camera almost straight up into the sky) also, make sure they have the same kind of lighting (not bright sun and flash) and the light should be coming from the same direction

BTW, welcome to RetouchPRO.. Hope your future visits here are enjoyable!

Re: place 2 ppl in ONE pic??

Hmmm, I did a magic trick for my grandchild once and was asked "do it again" for at least twenty times.. My lesson from that experience.. Once is enough.. her lesson, Grandpas are fun till they get irritated from the same request over and over again..

The only reason the one was done was to help keep the forum boards free from hijacking! You complied and that was your payment for the picture..

If you are grabbing stuff off MySpace.. do you have permissions from the photographer or model to use their likeness?

Be aware of some FAQs:
"Someone put it up on the web" does NOT count as explicit permission.
Images you don't own can be posted if permission is explicitly given by both the owner of the image and any recognizable person in the image.
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions for images you upload, and you are liable should anyone choose to enforce their copyright or likeness rights.

The question "I don't know how to do it.. will you do my restoration/retouch/repair for me?" answer is:
No. This is a site for learning, and we will gladly help you learn to do it yourself. We have a "Image Help" forum just for that purpose. Click on "Forums" on the navbar to get there. There is also a "Classifieds" forum if you're willing to pay one of our members to work on your photo.

Dude, show some of your work using who you want with who and let us know what retouching software you have? This will help focus the tips to the programs you have available to work with.... we will help you learn...

Feel lucky you got what you have already!
Say to yourself.. "I want to learn how to do that".. instead of "Do it again"

My fees are usually $85.00 an hour.. I will be glad to talk to you an a cash up front basis... Prolly hours worth for each pic!

Re: place 2 ppl in ONE pic??

Your right about opening/loading two pictures on the same canvas..
load them both.. make a selection on the one and drag it onto the other.. instant layers then check these tutorials to further refine your selection

fast alternative to extract image command in Photoshop

Basic Layer Masking
