putting a logo inside a larger picture

I have a logo that fills up the frame, and I want to put a border that would fit around it, but leave it readable. It needs an edge, so it doesn't bleed off the edges. How's this done in Paint Shop Pro, anybody? Thanks!

Re: putting a logo inside a larger picture

I can't give you an exact procedure, as I don't use paint shop pro. But I do know that you can do this with that program. In Photoshop, I would just use the crop tool to crop the canvas to a larger size, adding the needed room around the edges. I'm not sure how you would do this in paint shop pro, but I think that it is similar.
