Anyone know how to put like an electronic display onto someones skin and make it look real?

Re: putting stuff on skin realistically.

One of the most effective ways is to create a Displacement Map and then in Photoshop do Filter>Distort>Displace to apply it.

The hell... That's quite hard to achieve.

You should use the displacement filter, like said. You can also use the liquify tool for that. Look into the Dr. Brown videos, he made an stunning video tutorial about that, easier than the damn diplacement tool.

Note for realism: unless you are sitting in front of a damn projector, a digital monitor will not project the contents onto your face like it does it crap movies
