| Re: I like space images Along with want Tina says - Pictures from space based platforms such as Hubble or most ground based telescopes take their pictures in monochrome (black and white) using colored filters. Colors are added during computer processing (think Photoshop) based on the spectra and some pretty good guesswork. Even if you were to travel out to these objects and see them up close and personal, they would still appear in shades of gray, teal and red. |
