Resizing art/photo

If you are using painter and you are posting to a POD site, do you resize your image before you paint or after? thanks

For art effect images I usually re-size before, so the longest side is 1024 pixels or less for the 200k limit. For the 100k limit I think I made the longest side 800 pixels.

It is strongly recommended you never go larger then the native size of the image. you can go smaller just not bigger. When you go bigger software will guess at the missing pixels and try to best fix the enlargement.

I always try to work with the largest picture possible even if its not the required size.
