| on a terrace and would like to place my subject on the terrace? how do I adjust so the moon beam will also shine on her. the background is flat. Thanks in advance |

| Re: adding moonbeams to photo and background You can do this manually in Photoshop by drawing paths, filling with color, blurring, etc. or use third-party plug-ins designed specifically for this (such as Mystical Lighting). |

Without seeing it though I would use levels or curves to brighten the image -> black layer mask -> paint in where you want the effect using beam brushes or free hand. then season the mask to taste. Again it would be easier if we had an example. |
