I like the second one (warm tone) better.

Okay - imho try to create some kind of depth by not only adding stuff in the foreground, but also blur it ... why? Because being that close to the "object" will add some DOF. (left side) The blurred foreground on the right looks strange ... (especially the leave in front of her dress)

I don't know what to think of the "creepy claws shadow" ... almost didn't recognize it.
