The only thing I was thinking about was the part of the necklace in the shadow of her neck. It should be facing slightly away from the strong light so I tried a bit of a burn to quash some of the highlites.

Cheers

Jewelry

Well I did what Duv did and darkened the shadow part of the Jewelry on her left shoulder. On her right side I cloned some hair over the jewelry. I also blurred the Jewelry shadow some since I felt the shadow was too distinct. Finally using a blue filter adjustment layer I painted some blue on the jewels.
