body parts

Does anyone know of a website where if you need to replace a body part you have it. Pictures of people close up.

If it's not part of the 'vital features' (eyes, nose, mouth), I borrow from other pictures ... If it's a vital feature and I have enough details on the original picture, I try to reconstruct by cloning, copy-paste-flip .... If I have another picture of the same person, I borrow from the good picture .... If I have none of the above ... I leave it as is ...

Worst case, I draw it back it with the good 'ol airbrush tool as masks.
