| Help- New to Photoshop I have a picture of a friend with a fish he caught. I want to enlarge the fish and make it look real. Can someone tell me how? swood wood8211@aol.com |

| Use one of the selection tools to extract or isolate just the fish. Copy it to a new layer. Use the transform function to enlarge it. |

| If scaling up causes problems (which it often does) try the opposite approach, scale down the rest of the image. Keeping the fish at the same size scaling down will loose far less than scaling up, it depends how much you have to play with. |

| Swood... You need to select the fish...lasso tool, pen tool or whatever you are comfortable with. Get the "marching ants" around the fish. With the ants till marching Layer->New-> via copy Select that layer in the layers palette then Edit->Transform or Free Transform and resize the fish. |
