Photo Restoration - - Restoration help

Ok i have the old photo of my sister thats like 27 years old.. now my problem is that the photo is stuck to the picture frame glass and can't be removed...we scanned it with hopes of maybe someone could help with some restoration...

Well its much better thats for sure. However I think Bobbie's face is a tad dark and perhaps too blue. I used HSL adjustment layer and used the clone and healing brush tools to touch up my restoration.
