Left ear and hair

Well I copied the ear to a separate layer and just use hue and Saturation on the ear till it looked right. You could also paint the copied ear with a brush in color mode sampling the background color.

The hair I didn't work much on but use some photoshop brush stroke filters and the smudge tool.

Resized borrowed body parts

Philbch, I had tried your method and seems to work very good. I just need to put some little more touches on it and I'll be through with this photo. Thanks everyone for their input on the feathering, procedures etc. and words of wisdom.
