Photo Restoration - - Frame Action?

I "think" I downloaded an action early this year from this site that allowed me to get a "picture-in-picture" effect. Anybody have any ideas for me? Thanks.

I don't know about the action, but if you show me an example, I can try to create one.

I've attached an action called the Lisa Neal offset. That may be what you are looking for. I've thrown together a picture of my grandson for you to see. Hope this helps.
