Movie still enhancement

Here is a picture that is, i guess, a movie still. I am trying to build up my 'eye' for changes/corrections that can be done to improve, but not distract from the picture.
In this compressed version, I have done a bit of sharpening and dust removal.
What would be your suggestions to enhance this picture?

Yay! thanks for the link to the site! You are right! Excellent pic of mrs. hamilton. I guess now i'm off to read about enlarging small pics while keeping quality!
