The power of restoration...

Some time ago there was a challenge which was a piece of an envelope with the name and address blacked out.

Well, there is one for real on
They have posted a pdf file of the Chenney shooting report with the ID/SSN numbers of both men blacked out. Well, that was the intention...

If you put the image through its "levels and curves", you'll be amazed what you find. But please don't show the proof of your efforts, if you catch my drift...
