Talking Playboy Model Aneliese

hello everyone! I love what you guys did with my Saleen photo! so i thought i'd let you try this shot..it's a shot of playboy model Aneliese. the photo is alittle grainy... if you feel like it mess around with it!

on the photo below you'll notice her rib sticks out on the right side. thats probably impossible to fix but i thought i'd mention it.

Here's my very quick attempt.

Basically, I just removed some noise, cleaned up the rib, and sharpened a bit.

The rib was easy to fix. I fixed the bicep as well as the muscle looked abnormally distended. Some color noise reduction. Could do more with this image but it is to small & too compressed.

This is more of a restoration than a retouch.
For the skin had to apply some "artistic" smudge painting and blurring.
For the bike / car - the median filter works wonders.
