| | | The rib was easy to fix. I fixed the bicep as well as the muscle looked abnormally distended. Some color noise reduction. Could do more with this image but it is to small & too compressed.

For the skin had to apply some "artistic" smudge painting and blurring.
For the bike / car - the median filter works wonders.
