the frames you can get at http://www.atncentral.com/download.htm under "Andrea's borders" I think--especially frame A if I remember correctly. There is a whole set under the action listed. They are pretty good. They go in as a separate layer and you just adjust (transform)to the size you need. Good luck

mastoto,

welcome to RP.

did you want your first picture to look like your second, or the other way around? (it may seem like a silly question, but it's actually not).

Palomino, thanks a bunch ...the frame action from the atncentral, that's exactly what i'm looking for.
Kraellin, i mean both pictures, ...i thought they got similar retouch technique characteristic (cmiiw)... (my question should be : 'these' instead of 'this' ...)

Frames and Things

I used a levels adjustment layer to lighten up the center right of the picture; a HSL ajustment layer to adjust the color to match the green tone of your reference photo. On top of that another adjustment layer to increase contrast some. These three I grouped. I stamped these adjustments and in this new layer I slightly masked the lips to bring back color.

On a layer on top I used Superblade Pro to make the frame.
