A challenge

This is "Old Boston's City Hall".

It was shot by my son 2 weeks ago and my wife made the comment: That is a lovely building, it is a shame that the 3 dead trees cover most of the facade.

That got me thinking: what if ....

The mission, if you decide to accept it, is: remove the three leafless trees in front of the building. Adjustments are ok. But leave the rest of the visual elements in place: people, cars, plants, buildings etc.

The goal is to reach a point where one would not be able to tell that the trees were ever there. But everything else is left intact.

There are no votes or prizes: just for fun!

Thats an excellent challenge :dizzy: , bit like those baked beans jigsaws :dizzy:
Thats going in "my photo's to play with" folder, for when I have time on my hands.

i agree with chris ... "...for when I have time on my hands." a LOT of time :) it's quite do-able, but is going to take some work.

Guess I'm joining Chris and Craig with adding it to my pending list. Looks like a lot of fun, but unfortunately a real time spinner.

Just don't have that sort of time available at the minute, but I'm sure I'll be doing it bit by bit, whenever I have the odd few moments spare.

OK OK OK... I get the message: it is a though one :-)

Here is a simpler challenge, hopefully just as much fun:

put this bench in an environment that strikes your fancy. Everything goes as long as the bench is in it. Make it so it appears like it belongs there.
Just try to make it realistic: a bench on the surface of the moon wouldn't be considered realistic :-)

How about a sketch on a brick wall?

It is more than just the bench, but it works for me...

ok, here's the top part of the building. i may do more later or if someone else wants to take this and do the next floor, why ok :)

this was from the enlarged image, so this attached, even though it's only a portion of the building, is still fairly large. thus, compression had to be 37% giving a bit of .jpg artifacting.
