| Color correct this photo and add a beard How can I color correct this photo and add a beard back on the male. I tried to use the clone for the beard and it didn't look real. Gerald McClaren            |

| Re: Color correct this photo and add a beard With regard to the Beard, I overlaid a copy of the original photo, approximated it's levels to be similar with the retouch and then using a black mask at approx 70% started painting the beard back in. In areas where there was damage or no discernable beard, I used clone on a new layer. Other than that just did a levels adjustment to bring back a little of the black. Nice job on the retouch so far. |

| Re: Color correct this photo and add a beard Cassidy, I tried to follow what you had said but honestly I couldn't decipher what you were trying to say. To me it seems very complicated to follow. For example,(With regard to the Beard, I overlaid a copy of the original photo, approximated it's level to be similar with the retouch) I appredciate your help but just could not follow it logically.
