See any more colours?

I am currently working on this photo for OPR and was wondering if anyone here can see any more colours. (I would appreciate any steps given...I work with PSPv9 though) I can see blue on her 'belt' and sleeve edging and that she is blonde (duh! ). I'm thinking maybe a light baby blue or possibly yellow dress with spots?! Are her eyes blue or the light brown I can see. Also does that look like a teddy bottom centre?

I think her dress is yellow too. I think her eyes are dark blue. I played with this to try and get the colors back to where they were originally, hope it helps, sorry if it doesn't.

i tried to help with the colors...
changed mode to lab color
selected the lightness channel
used apply image using the A channel with overlay mode
selected the A channel
used apply image using the same settings
selected the B channel
used apply image using the b channel and overlay.
came up with this.

I think the dress is of white or light blue gray with light dots... with a white front around the neck line.

I took the image into Blowup and checked the eye color. In LAB the "b" channel came out to -11 or -12 which would indicate a blue cast. I can see a little blue on the left side.
