how to view the face !

Hi all,

this is my 2nd post,

As already mentioned in my earlier post, i am handling a case and i am facing a lot of problems due to similar pics which belongs to my client.

however the ones i am posting is not of my client this is similar problem what i am facing.

Please have a look and please help me and suggest how the steps need to be followed, in order to view the face clearly.

I am sure many of you in this forums are working for Digital forensics, and many are from JPEG forensics experts.

Please help.

There is a forum here in RetouchPRO especially for forensic image help. You may want to look around there.

I've tried enlarging your image (from the thumbnail which seems to have more detail) using Genuine Fractals, but to no avail.

Given that an attempt has been made to conseal the identity of these people, I do not think it would be appropriate or even legal for us to expose and post the true likenesses here.

I understand your point of concern, and there are legal issues as well concerning the Privacy of the individual shown therein in the pic,

however if you can help me with the steps/tools/process/workflow which i can follow to recover/restore/un-doctor these images(the actual ones), I would be really thankful to you.

See if you can help me with the steps.
majority of the pics have been edited using Photoshop ver7.0 by the suspect.

i do not want to make the images public after concealing the identity, however i somehow needs these images restored to what it was originally for case/forensics/evidence purpose.

we do not have such expertise here in india.
