putting colour back in.

Hi all,
I recently posted an image here :http://www.retouchpro.com/forums/ima...-possible.html

And Crazyfly1 really helped with the image that I posted.
I PMed crazyfly1 & he/she told me how they achieved the result, unfortunately I tried it & failed!

Would anyone be as kind to help me achieve the same sort of result in putting back the colour??

I would be very grateful for any pointers, I/ve tried the tutorials but can not seem to find one that suits!

Thanks in advance

Spence
