How do I get byRo JPEG Clean-Up.atn utility tool

I did try to find the byRo JPEG Clean-Up.atn utility in the Resources which should be in between User CP and Member list, but I did not able to find RetouchPRO in between User CP and Member list.

Abhaya, apparently the Resources library has been moved, changed or renamed. I can't find Ro's action either. (byRo JPEG Clean-Up.atn). The entire RTP site was moved to a new server a couple months ago and many changes were made, so that action might have gotten archived or lost in the shuffle. Or perhaps Ro asked that it be removed.
