with much better results than bicubic.
A program that may or may not be useful to those in the business...

As well as S-pline, there are some other products listed in these links, as well as user opinion and visual results:

Resolution and inventing pixels are two topics which are always being talked about on various graphics lists.

Take all vendor claims with a grain of salt and test with your common images, workflow and output before making any firm decisions or purchases.
