A lot of color adjustment fiddling and quite bit of brushing and smudging. I am not too happy with it mostly because of the loss of details in the teeth.

Gave it a try, I went straight for colourize, not very good with adjustment layers etc.

wow beautiful hair colouring, i always have trouble colourizing hairs.

I gave it a go with Gimp. (Don't have Photoshop here at work)
Started by basic color correcting using levels, then diffrent curves layers adjusting one thing at a time masking it out. Then a little Neat Image to smoothen it a bit. Unsharp mask so finish it off.

I think Photoshop would have done a much better job, and I only had half an hour to play with here at work. Lots of fun, though!
