there are few corrections in dis photo to be made-
the background is pretty awful i mean the circle mark which is spread...so can you remove it and change it wid any colour you want......u can pick black or white or just few flowers beside the man.....

i will be very glad if you please help me

Well I'm here, if no one else is!

Just want to be clear on one or two points:

Do you want help on learning how to retouch; or do you want some one else to retouch the images for you?

If the former, then I would suggest you take a look through the tutorial section and you will find very good hints. Also take a look at the book Restoration & Retouching by Katrin Eastmann (isbn 0321316274), which will certainly enable you to learn the techniques you will need to know.

If the latter, then firstly the images are way too small and are of poor resolution for any meaningful retouching, and secondly you need to agree an overall cost of the retouching to be undertaken.
