Need help with this hash image

Hi bros, my gf wants me to fix this image for her, but i am just a pts novice. Any help or suggestion is greatly appreciated.

what is pts?

What retouching software do you have? This will help focus the tips to the programs you have available to work with.

do you have a higher resolution scan?

can you post a picture here?

Please don't use external links as the only source for images, externally linked images should only be made available as a backup for attached images or as a way of providing higher resolution copies of the image. Sometimes links to outside sites can get broken... which makes an otherwise useful thread here pretty useless. By attaching the image to the post it will be viewable forever.

PTS=Photoshop ^^, i just start to learn it, this image is beyond my ability. Plz give me some ideas for restoration (I dont want to crop or change the background). Thanks!
