I would have to try and find a similar one, not at hand, at the moment, Yes, I have nearly ALL of those photo programs, and although I have enhanced thousands of photos, I have never attempted this action . I really am grateful to you, for your attempt to help, but PLEASE, do not worry too much, Regards , Jimmy .

Re: Help, Please Jimmy welcome to RetouchPRO Can you post a high resolution color scan with all auto stuff turned off? The following information may be of some use.. Click HERE for Info on how to size and attach images to your posts If you want to post the larger resolution that is over 100K then you can host your image elsewhere and attach a link,: ImageVenue.com (3Meg max, free) or pixentral.com (2Meg max, free) or photobucket.com (1 Meg max free,... 5 Meg PRO)-- then post a link here in this thread to the site that is hosting your larger version Also, please attach an under 100K version here, so the thread remains useful in the future, regardless of external links.

Re: Help, Please Rob, Welcome to RP by the way ! It is not as hard as it sounds, especially if the image is black & white. Either way, the basics are the same. Learn by trying, playing, etc. Post some results, steps you try, etc, and we can support you better. In general (not program specific): - open the torn image; - open another image with good & similar lips; - lasso (select) the good lips generously; - copy to clipboard; - paste into torn image; - use Move tool, or similar to position close; - use a Transform or Warp tool, or similar to resize, reshape; - adjust transparency (opacity) to blend in a little; - adjust contrast (using any of numerous tools) as needed; - color as needed; Again, very general, but you should get the idea.
