hi guys,

i got this picture from my friends mobile taken inside our church building, he told me two of our young teens(Girls) playing with their cellphone camera taking each others picture at night, in their midst of there enjoyment something creepy had happen, this girl1 takes picture of girl2, and girl1 was shocked after she saw the picture and she showed it to girl2 and cried, they rushed to our pastor, showed the picture, and they were ask question if this was a prank or joke. so the pastor ask me to restore or at least make it clear

I dunno if this is true, you judge it... person in the picture was not surely girl2 something in late century girl

the preview in girl1 cellphone is much brighter (i did personally saw the image on her phone), i dunno why it became so dark when we transferred it to my computer.

this was i actually saw and she saw from the preview in her cellphone.(Adjust the level of the original image, based from what i did saw in her cellphone)

that's why it make so creepy/scary, all i did is to make it clear and clean it up, you could try clearing it up to. and i ddnt know how it get there in her phone, and we definitely have no images like that in our church

....Actually, my point here was that the only thing visible is the face of a young girl which, in itself, cannot be placed in any given moment in time.... So, my other theory is that the face on the photo could belong to an unknown 'girl3' standing close to 'girl2' and mistakenly photographed by 'girl1'....
But this is only my opinion and, of course I wasn't there ....

even if theirs a girl3 near her, i ddnt recall any face's like that person in our church..

Wow, you've much clarify this up and bring up some new details..
if you dont mind what did you do to the image and make some detail appear.
i ddnt realize that theirs ah tears and blood, all i did is level, selective color, Gaussian blur, and HS..

I uses Neat Image and Imagenomic Noiseware noise removal (I think your version is much sharper!)
