| How can I give this photo some life Hi All, Is there a way I can make this photo pop it seems lifeless i've tried levels and curves but the grains appear back which i am trying to avoid. Any comment would be greatly appreciated. many thanks in advance helen |

| Thank you very much for your prompt reply I've tried the multiply layer and it looks much better. I need to hang around here more often, problem is also I have fully concentrate on colourizing black and white photos which I am more interested in but didn't realised I would perhaps come across some photos that need to be restored before colourizing, it's time I state I only colourize good quality or very lightly damaged old vintage photos. I've got C.Tein and Katrin Eismann books I better dig them out the closet too lol. much appreciated regards helen |

| Re: How can I give this photo some life helen, forgive me, but i think that photo has plenty of pop. a larger sized image would help see it better, but from what i can see, the people stand out nicely from the background. |
