Thanks for your supportive words! OlBaldy, it looks great!

Question for all, how did you reduce noise and smooth out the face and other sections like the pants. I know that there are many ways to achieve this. I used the reduce noise filter a couple of different times during the process. Yet I was not entirely satisfied. Is it a matter of using a few passes of the filter or a combination of different techniques that you find satisfactory?

I used a touch of Topaz Denoise, Chris, although you might wish to try Neat Image, the Demo version is free.

Imagenomic Noiseware used here along with a mask to limit/define the areas smoothed..
I always use a hide all mask with any noise removal layer then paint white on the problem areas with a small soft brush
