filter/plug-in

A couple of days ago while trolling through the posts I came across a filter/plug-in that I thought I had bookmarked but apparently didn’t and I can’t remember its name.

One of the examples given was when you have a letter and it has a lot of bleed through from the reverse side the filter would eliminate the bleed through and enhance the writing.

Does anyone know the name of the filter? Sorry if I’m posting in the wrong place.
